Return & Refund Policy

We want every Noya experience to feel effortless. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Important Notice — Cosmetics & Hygiene Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and protective seals are intact
  • Item has not been used, tested, or swatched in any way
  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened, used, or swatched beauty products (lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, blushes, etc.)
  • Items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or with a discount code
  • Gift cards and Noya Club reward credits
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items with missing or damaged original packaging

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will offer a full replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Return shipping in this case is covered by Noya Boutique.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us first via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RA number on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different product or shade, please initiate a return for the eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.
