5. Inspection and Approval

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

11. Refused Deliveries and Uncollected Orders

If a delivery is refused without valid reason, or if an order is not collected or accepted and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any applicable delivery, return, handling, or restocking costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
