- UAE orders: within 1 to 2 business days
- orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:
- GCC orders: approximately 2 to 5 business days
- international orders: approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier operations
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to location, customs procedures, courier performance, weather conditions, regulatory checks, public holidays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
